YOM ASAL - YOM BASAL

Yom Asal - Yom Basal  is Arabic يوم عسل يوم بصل and means: One day Honey - one day Onion!
Do you ever have days when you feel upwards and backwards and upside down? I do and on one of them I made this little painting.

MAYA - THE BELOVED

Maya - 40x60cm - acrylic on stretched canvas - 2013

This painting went up on the wall in a sweet little boys room in Germany.

Maya was an injured tiny street kitty, alone and miserable, found and rescued by my daughter-in-law. She took her to the vet, she mothered her, she fed her with a syringe, she cared for her and loved her. Maya is a big gorgeous cat now, and always has a red bow on her collar. :-)

PLEASURE OF BEING

"Each morning when I wake up, I experience again a supreme pleasure - that of being Salvador Dali." ~ Salvador Dali

Each morning when I wake up, I experience again a supreme pleasure - that of being Yael Eshkar.  :-)

HEART MESSENGER

Heart Messenger - 60 x 80 cm - acrylic on stretched canvas - 2014

He flows with vigor and love on the stream of Time. He takes his job of delivering all the good stuff that makes life worth living very seriously. He is modest, simple, but powerful and energetic. He is joyful, playful and good. He is very fond of us and likes us to be happy. He reminds us to be thoughtful, compassionate, forgiving, patient, kind and fair, with empathy for all living souls.

Wow, what a nice little fellow! :-)
